1. P. C Chandra Online reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse any design and/or designs and/or part thereof; if it deems the design to be offensive, illegal and/or deceptively similar to any protected design.

2. P.C Chandra reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse any design and/or designs and/or part thereof; if it deems the design and/or any part thereof to be unworkable and/or infeasible.

3. Customisation orders may be cancelled at the request of the purchaser up to 48 hrs from the time of accepting the quotation.

4. In an event the purchaser requests a cancellation beyond 48hrs from the time of accepting the quotation, the “gold value” shall be refunded within a reasonable time, however the making charges shall be forfeited.

5. In cases of diamonds and/or other precious stones, the value of the diamonds and/or other precious stones shall be refunded provided that such diamond and/or other precious stones was NOT customized for the particular order.

6. The value of customized diamonds and/or other precious stones shall not be refunded, the item shall be shipped to the purchaser.

7. The quotation is an estimate of the final product. Every precaution is taken to ensure that the final weight of the
product is as close as possible to the quoted weight. However owing to the hand crafted nature of the product the final weight may vary by upto 10% from the quoted weight.

8. P.C Chandra Online reserves exclusive rights to all designs and/or part thereof submitted through its customization program.

9. In the event the final product is defective, i.e grossly dissimilar to the ordered product and/or suffers from a
manufacturing defect, the item shall be replaced after curing such defect. However, please bear in mind that owing to the handcrafted nature of the product there might exist slight variation in the final product as compared to the design.

10. In the event any terms and/or conditions herein contradicts to the terms and conditions applicable to all online purchases, this terms and conditions shall supersede over the general terms and conditions for such particular provision.
